Words fail me

If ever there was an illustration of the mindset of typical school choice opponents--well, you be the judge

Parents are not stupid; they are ignorant, as is much of the public, about the efficacy of charter and private schools. Conservatives think people should spend all day shopping for doctors and schools. Here's a clue: They don't have the time, expertise or inclination to do either. In neither case is good information available. There is no "market" there, for good reason. [emphasis added]

Wow.  Just--wow.

Not at all surprising. This is liberal elitism rearing its ugly head. Here is, perhaps, the vilest expression, however:

Do not want to be told what to do. Well, she did get that one right.
